Before you begin any seminar, ask yourself:

• What are my expectations for the seminar? (Such as behaviors, standardized achievement, product development, etc.)
  
  
• What are my expectations for implementation? How will I be supported in this implementation?
  
  
• What previous education have I had with which this training can be integrated?
  
  
• What goals and activities of the school district or company does this seminar emphasize?
  
  
• What essential follow-up activities will be initiated by myself or others when the training has been completed?
