PHS Cares About It's Customers

Customer Care is the latest district committee to form. Brenda Jean Patrick, an experienced consultant in the area of teaching schools how to handle customer service, has joined forces with PISD. Committees have formed at all three campuses to address many opportunities such as problem solving, leadership, self-esteem, ethics, increasing parent involvement. Patrick, a Review Board Member for Journal of the National School Developement Council Catalyst for change and a graduate of Texas A & M, teaches that perception is as real as reality.

Campus representatives will attend four meetings this year with Patrick. High School committee members are Principal Mike Brown, Anna Agan, Caroline Woody, and Kay Irias. With Mrs. Agan serving as co-committee chairman, the high school committee will begin implementing the many concrete and usable skills gained from this program into an effective way to provide quality customer service to parents and students alike. The committee feels that this will be especially helpful with the many new families on their way to Prosper.
