The Clements/Parsons Campus in Copperas Cove Texas is entering its fifth year of customer care commitment. The CCT's (Customer Care Team) chairperson Sara Sandifer leads a dynamitic team of dedicated educators from the campus as they explore solving real issues using customer service. The principal Patti Monroe has commented, "I have been so impressed with the CCT's progress and work that I would not even consider not having a customer care team at our campus!"
